Karen Lundquist-Malkewitz is the Vice President of Manufacturing and an Officer for Louisiana-Pacific Corp., a building materials company, located at the corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon. For several years before coming to L-P, Karen was the CEO and co-owner of Creative Breakthroughs, Inc., (CBI) a company she founded in 1993 with two partners. Karen also spent 15 years with DuPont in various technical and managerial roles that spanned Manufacturing and Engineering, as well as multiple Business Units, including an assignment as Plant Manager.
